Take it Slow There, Tiger
As i’ve said in my article titled ‘Congratulations Are in Order‘ – you’ve already come half way. It’s probably taken you several years, but you’ve finally found it. This doesn’t mean things will get better overnight. It means you are on the right path, and there will be nothing stopping you – as long as you don’t act rash and you do things right.
Most people have been unhealthy from birth. This is because you receive the health status of your parents. This has nothing to do with genetics. It means that if your parents are unhealthy – if they have eaten fried foods and pasta their whole lives, this will be put onto you. It is the cells of your parents which created you, so if these cells are not healthy, you won’t be either.
This means if you are 18, you’ve probably been eating unhealthy foods for 18 years – you eat what your parents make/buy you, right?. Maybe your acne came on when you were 16. This means it took 16 years for the toxins to build up enough in your body to manifest themselves as acne. If you’re thinking, if I was unhealthy from birth then why didn’t I have acne when I was 8, or even 6? Realize this – babies get skin eruptions too! It might not be acne, maybe it’s a rash, maybe its eczema. All of these are the same, really. They are toxins being released through your skin.
So if you’ve been unhealthy for all these years, and toxins have been building for all this time – it only seems feasible that you cannot get rid of all these toxins at once. Trying to do so will overwhelm your body and you will hit a plateau. There are toxins in your intestines, in your stomach, in your skins cell membranes, in your fat, etc. These toxins have found themselves real estate throughout your body. It will take time to get rid of all of them. Take it slow there tiger.

It takes 1 month of healing for every year you’ve been sick.

Symptoms heal in the order in which you have received them
The good thing about the acne cure is the same things you are doing to heal your skin is also healing any other ailment you might have, and it doesn’t take forever. If you’ve been sick for 20 years, then it will roughly take you 20 months to heal yourself. This might sound like a lot – but put it into perspective. 20 months of healing as compared to being sick for the rest of your life.
Even better, if you’ve gotten acne say 3 years ago, it should take roughly 3 months of healing until you won’t get acne again. This is if you stay 100% committed. Now that doesn’t seem as bad, does it?
